Corpus Park Session

Today was fabulous. It was way foggy outside, but it was a beautiful sight from the skatepark. Got a few photos taken today of a pretty fun session. I don't know if I can say this enough times, I love the Corpus park, and Carlos is one of the most fun people to ride with ever.

The first photo is of Skyler. He is way fun to ride with, and this is just a wonderful picture. I captured the exact moment he slammed his balls in his bike. Don't worry he landed the feeble, but this picture was way better than the one of him landing it.

The second and third photos are or Carlos killing it. 180 over the rail and a butt shot of a barspin disaster.

The third pic is of a kid (I think his name is Ethan). He just rips this park a new one and he is way young. Blunt to rock and roll. Then he pulled a straight blunt. Very nice.

Carlos airs this pocket of the bowl like it's nothing. It's ridiculous. If you barely case it, you are guaranteed a flat tire. It happened to me already. Anyways today was just a really good time.

New Corpus Park

Well the Corpus Christi Skatepark is finally up and running. For those of you wondering, here is the info:
Free
Open from sun up until sun down
No pads or helmet required
Anything goes: Bikes, Skateboards, Rollerblades, Scooters...etc.

I am so excited. I've been up there the past few days in a row and I love it so much. On the sign, it actually says there are certain bike days and certain skate days. But some people have come in trying to tell everyone that and no one really pays any attention. One day it was a bike day, but we told them we didn't mind the skaters skating on bike day. I think they might change the rules since they don't seem to be working anyways. So basically everything is alloud every day.

Here are some photos of the park. First photo is AJ Naranjo on the skinny vert wall, and the next is a local skater that kills it. The others are just pictures of the rest of the park. Keep checking back for more updates with good sessions.

Windy Weekend in Dallas

Went up to Dallas for a few days to hang out and ride with the guys up there. Andrew is hurt right now but still managed to ride a bit. He bent his fingers backwards to his wrist and tore a bunch of stuff in there. A lot of good riding went down the entire weekend but I didn't get much of it on film because Spencer is weird. Next time I go up though, Andrew will be riding 100% so we will be filming and taking pics like nobody's business.

I did get this photo of Spencer gapping from the spine to the pyramid, so I'll leave you with that.

New Camera and Late Night Risk Games

Alright, it's been a while since the last update. Unfortunately I haven't seen much of the Hidden family lately. The HD camera finally came in and I've been trying to get over to corpus to film Lee but it just hasn't worked out yet. Thankfully he has a lot of things he is ready to film, it's just a matter of getting over there and getting with him.
I think we may be going to Dallas this next weekend to film and hang in the Dallas area. Should be a good time.
